ELLISTON PHASE 5 & 6 – LAND USE AMENDMENT
Elliston Village is a muti-unit residential rental development in Calgary’s southeast, only a few blocks north of International Avenue and Elliston Park. The community offers easy access to public transit, nearby recreational and commercial amenities, and is a short commute to downtown Calgary.
Elliston Village is actively developing. The project’s developers, Lansdowne, are proposing a change in height and density to Phases 5 and 6 of their comprehensive residential development that will feature townhomes, apartments, and community amenity spaces. A Land Use Amendment (LUA) will be submitted to The City of Calgary.
If you have reviewed the proposed changes to the Land Use Amendment, please feel free to complete the online feedback form. The feedback form will be available until August 16, 2024. Results will be shared in the submission to the City.
